Vincent Dauby turned to winemaking out of passion. After a BTS in viticulture and oenology, he worked in Alsace and in the Var before settling in Nice as an associate farmer on a Bellet estate. Vincent met Céline Yerchoff, a woman from Nantes who came to settle in Nice, by selling his wine. Together they created their own estate (whose name is a contraction of their first names), in successive stages. Simultaneously, as the construction of the winery occurred, Céline follows a training course at the agricultural high school of Antibes in order to be fully involved at the farm. The couple has two daughters: Constance and Clementine. The tight-knit family grows 4000 square metres of Rolle, 1500 square metres of Grenache and 2500 square metres of Folle Noire in A.O.P. Bellet. In addition, they also grow 250 Cailletier olive trees in A.O.P Olive de Nice. This olive tree variety is the main one as to produce A.O.P olives and oil. Therefore, Domaine de Vinceline represents the two A.O.P. of the Alpes-Maritimes department working in organic farming methods respecting the soils, the products and the environment. The exploitation is thus organic certified.
The Dauby family is waiting for you to share a convivial moment in their micro-domain, in an authentic and warm atmosphere, in the middle of the vineyards, with a breathtaking panoramic view: from Cap d’Antibes to the Mercantour via the Baou de saint-Jeannet. Tasting visits are possible every day, including weekends and holidays, depending on availability (it is preferable to call beforehand).
